This isn’t awkward small talk or forced pitches; there’s no posturing, no pressure, no need to have it all figured out. It’s shared ideas, honest reflections, and meaningful support, served à table over good food in a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere.

- The Coffee Sessions -

A monthly creative meet-up — relaxed, welcoming, and genuinely useful.

Our Open Table sessions take place once a month in and around Bishops Stortford. Sometimes we gather over coffee and a slow morning chat, sometimes we sit down for lunch, sometimes we head outdoors — but the heart of it stays the same: good conversation, shared ideas, and meaningful connection.

A relaxed, open space to talk about what’s inspiring you, what you’re working on, what you’re figuring out — and to hear from others doing the same.
Creative freelancers, agency owners, and independents — designers, copywriters, content creators, developers, podcasters and more — anyone building something creative and looking to connect with others doing the same.

A focused, small-group mentoring experience designed to move your business forward.

Our Working Table is for small creative businesses, freelancers, and agency owners who are ready to go deeper — to step back from the day-to-day and work on their business with clarity and support.

- Small group of up to 6 business owners or freelancers (plus Laura and Estelle).
- 4 sittings across 4 months
- Led by Estelle (branding and website expert) and Laura (marketing strategist & business mentor)
- Consistent group to build trust, accountability, and real progress over time
Each session starts with shared reflections — wins, challenges, progress — before moving into the core question:
What is the one thing that could shift the dial in your business right now — and what’s standing in the way?
From there, the group works together — offering insight, perspective, and practical input grounded in real experience.
Creative business owners navigating challenges such as:
- Feeling stuck or unsure of next steps
- Refining positioning or niche
- Pricing and profitability struggles
- Growth and direction decisions
- Lack of clarity or confidence
- Needing accountability and honest input
- Clear, actionable next steps for your business

£175 for 4 sessions
(That’s four focused group sessions across four months, designed to give you the space, support and accountability to move your business forward.)
We ask for full payment upfront to secure your place, as spaces are intentionally limited (just 4 per sitting, plus Estelle and Laura).
This upfront commitment helps create consistency within the group and allows everyone to fully invest in the process — building trust, momentum, and deeper conversations over time. It means you’re not just dropping in; you’re committing to your growth and to supporting others around the table.
